About A Journey Together

Meet Sherril

Hi, my name is Sherril, and I am the founder behind "A Journey Together". With a passion for helping others, I create a welcoming environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings freely.

Life's journey can be challenging, but you do not have to walk it alone. At A journey Together I offer person-centred counselling where you remain in control of your path.

Support is available for clients aged 13 and over, supporting both young people and adults at different stages of life.

Sessions can be offered face-to-face, via telephone, or online to suit individual needs and preferences.

I work with a range of challenges including anxiety, low mood, grief and bereavement, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Whatever you're facing, you'll be met with empathy and without judgement.

My role is to walk beside you, providing a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, an experiences at your own pace.

I believe in your inner strength and wisdom. My approach is not about giving advice or leading the way- its about empowering you to find clarity, healing, and growth on your own terms.

Your journey is yours, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Lets take that step together.

" The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."  (Carl Rogers)
